
7-Eleven in conjunction with Fairbanks identified an opporunity to improve the daily management of wetstock as a direct result of SIR analysis.
The Challenge was to prepare and deploy a training package that covered the material in a simple format that would facilitate learning and on-going subscription to "Doing what we've always done in a different way."
Together, 7-Eleven and Fairbanks worked for a period of four weeks to construct a training program that needed to cater to the diverse nature of the 7-Eleven network across three states, which comprises approximtaley 167 (Petrol) franchisees of which 22 cultures were represented where English is a second language.
We can safely state that the training was well received and effective, evidenced by our ISO 9001-2000 processes that measured learning outcomes, which represented a success rate of 97%.
