We accept data in many different file formats, including spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and most plain-text-based formats.

Fairbanks provides four primary methods of data submission:

1. Manual forms in hardcopy on Fairbanks stationary sent via Post.

2. Excel spreadsheet in a Fairbanks worksheet form, sent via Email.

3. Web Portal, your user account allows you to key daily data in, review and re-submit as required.

4. FTP, typcially reserved for the larger operator who will send a large consolidated daily, weekly or monthly file for all sites and tanks in a number of file formats. This is a very secure and reliable means of data transfer that can be partially or fully automated.
