1. Class Room style, small groups of up to 10, where various presentation methods and props are used to convey and consolidate learning for long term retention.

2. On-Site, usually engaged when a specific need is identified such as new operators or Site ownership changes.

3. Seminar, typically used for a medium to large network who needs to deploy a new approach to an existing practice efficiently.

4. User Manual, the historical method of self paced learning, where the user works through a defined manual. Manuals are typically designed around clients needs or workplace practices in consideration of Best Practice and client objectives.

5. Web Based learning, soon to be deployed by Fairbanks, which captures elements of all the above methods on a self paced basis.
